I have had this plant in my front patio since I moved into my house, which was about 8 years ago, and it has been invading my and my neighbors yard. Does anybody know what the name of the plant is? It has an invasive root system, and it only grows to be about three feet tall. I believe it is a type of palm tree and I would be very appreciative for an identification.
