In The Garden: Plant with split-end leaves

    I scattered seeds throughout my backyard. Few of this plant which I don't know what it is. Please advise where and how to search for this plant ID.

    A Nightshade for sure. Looks awfully like Atropa belladonna, Deadly Nightshade, but I'm not completely positive of that. Bittersweet Nightshade, Solanum dulcamara, looks very similar, but grows as a vine. Both are toxic plants, with Deadly Nightshade being more so. The USDA map link below indicates that A. belladonna and S. dulcamara are naturalized in your area.

    The source below recommends the use of gloves to remove Bittersweet Nightshade

    It would be wise to use gloves for removing Atropa belladonna too.
