I have been given a small vine like plant, very delicate tendrils, small heart shaped leaves, dark green with a white "frost" appearance, and mall pods along the tendrils from which new tendrils sprout. Can you tell me what it is? Thanks.
Could your little vine be Ceropegia linearis? Check some of the pictures available on the internet and see if it looks the same. I'm not sure the currently correct name but Ceropegia linearis will find it.
