I'm hoping someone can ID these plants for me. They are often used in landscaping throughout the lower mainland. Thanks!

#1 - a semi-dwarf cultivar of Hinoki Cypress Chamaecyparis obtusa.
    #2 - Cherry-laurel Prunus laurocerasus.
    #3 - yes, Cotoneaster bullatus.
    #4 - Elaeagnus × ebbingei.

The Hinoki is probably one grown as 'Gracilis' in this region, it makes a tree - notice the single trunk going up through the center.

The Cotoneaster is C. lacteus, an evergreen species quite different from C. bullatus (the naturalized species of this type here is actually C. rehderi (C. bullatus macrophyllus)).

    The laurel resembles 'Otto Luken'.
