'Jacqueline Hillier' elm, apparently with some kind of double pink flower having fallen into or been placed within it.
Looks like rhododendron flower (as Ron said, not belonging to those leaves) . Over here, I've seen several rhodos with some flowers lately.
Ok now I understand better. I'll tell to the friend who send me this pic to be more careful next time ;-)
