Hello! Back in fall 2007, I rescued a bunch of perennials from a garden that was about to be bull-dozed. I've ID'ed almost everything except the plant is pictured and I can't figure out what it is. It did not bloom last year, but grew twice as high (24-30 in.) this spring and just started to display purple fuzzy flowers. The leaves seem unique which I thought would help with ID, but I can't seem to find it online.

    Any ideas what this is?

    Thanks!

Centaurea dealbata (or a similar C. species...)
