Perennial ID Request

    This photo was taken on May 17 2020 in Vancouver, BC. Bees were all over it and it appears to be a perennial. It measures around 3-4' high. Growing in a sunny location. Looking for an ID.:)

    Yes, borage--"bees all over it" is how I often see it. A good plant to add to attract bees.
