I found this plant near Blind River, Ontario. Unfortunately there were no flowers at the time it was found. Leaves are approximately 10cm long and round. Sorry this is the only picture I have to go by.

It is possibly Platanthera macrophylla, the large round-leaf orchid, but I lean more toward suggesting that it is Clintonia borealis. The leaves aren't quite as round as they should be for it to be the former, whereas I can imagine bluebead-lily having the leaves rest on the ground late in the season.

That was the way I was leaning as well, except there were a lot of other blue bead lily in the area that were not lying on the ground. Thought I would double check.
