Need to id a flower, I have a pic but thats it!

    A friend posted this on Facebook asking anyone if they knew what the flower was called...I thought it could have been a hybiscus at first glance but on closer inspection of the pic, I dont think it is.

    ANYONE ANYWHERE help me?PLEASE?
    The flower is in California and it looks like a vine to me..I dont know!!!!
