Hello, I recently moved to central Toronto and have many plants in my garden to identify. I am a newbie gardener and would so appreciate any help. I will post three to five at a time as requested. I have taken wide and close up shots of each plant.

The plant in the first and second shots seems to be an herb. Smells like lemon grass?

I have no idea what the plant in the third and fourth photos is.

The plant in the fifth and sixth photos kinda looks like grape vine?

    Many thanks
    Susan

Thanks Andrey. I checked some photos online and that seems to be it.
