Need help with these plants

    Hi Everyone:

    I found these plants in my garden. Would appreciate your help with identifying what they are. Thanks in advance!

    7374 is found at the base of the 7373 plant. I think the previous owner cultivated 7372 and 7373.

    2. Gaillardia
    3. seems to be oats
    4. no idea

    Picture #2 is a species of Rumex, wild sorrel. I hope someone can identify the interesting plant in the last picture. It looks something like an ornamental pepper.

    Yes, I think you're right on #2, mplant. Perhaps Rumex acetosella, sheep sorrel? (And... what was I thinking with Gaillardia??)

    The first plant (the one from the mint family) could be balm (Melissa officinalis). If this is true then a brayed leaf of this plant should emit a lemon-like sweet odour.
