need help identifying this Wild Berry

    I have come across these berries on my jogs in the woods. I just moved to the eastern coast of Newfoundland. the first picture was taken a week previous to the other 24 to show the different stages i have found them in. Its more like a tree then a bush.

    Please help!

    Saskatoon berry, Latin name is Amelanchier alnifolia, very delicious
