Need help identifying this plant

    This plant grows near farms, and along road sides. Around June 15, depending on the weather, the leaves/pods turn brown. inside are the seeds that are used in sausage making. The name of the spice is called Colletie (col-lee-tee). I am trying to find out the name of the plant. I attached 3 pictures of the plant.

    Awesome, thank you so much. I never seen it with the flowers. I usually go the middle of June to harvest some seeds.
