Need help identifying backyard surprise plant

    Location is Southwestern Washington State. Found a bunch of weed starts in the yard. Put a couple in the pot mid summer and they are taking off. There are also other starts popping up all over. Can you help with this? Thanks.

    That's Euphorbia lathyris (Caper Spurge or Paper Spurge).

    Caution: Invasive weed, and also has caustic sap which can cause nasty skin burns. Wear disposable gloves when pulling it out.
