Name this tree?

    We have this tree in our back patio, and we are desperately looking for its name! Our dogs have recently fallen ill, and in diagnosing the root of their illness, we would like to know if they might have eaten some leaves off this tree and if that could be causing it. Please help!! Thank you!!
