We have a plant that has us stumped on its name. It is a plant that
reproduces at leaves edge. The entire leafs edge produces little plants
    with roots and all.
Would love to hear back from anyone who knows what this plant is called.

May be Kalanchoe daigremontiana (syn. Bryophyllum daigremontianum), Devil's Backbone or Mexican Hat Plant.

I have a Kalanchoe like this and it has arrowhead shaped leaves that produce the babies at the edge. I have always known this plant as Mother of Thousands. You have to bea careful or this plant will end up in every pot that is near the mother. I have also seen a plant like this that has narrow leaves with the same babies at the edge.
Its a succulent so i let mine dry a bit before watering. I have never had any problems with pests or disease.
