I recently moved to Victoria and wonder if anyone can help me identify the two weeds pictured below. One has white flowers borne at the top of the stem, followed by exploding capsules of seeds, around an inch long, a few days later. It's EVERYWHERE in my garden!

The other weed (at least I THINK it's a weed and not something more precious) has just appeared out of nowhere. I thought, initially, it was Convollaria (Lily of the Valley) since it looked similar when it came out of the ground, but it's definitely not that. Friend or foe?

    Many thanks,

    Nicola

For the smaller one, I think a very sharp photo of the flowers is necessary. Exploding capsule of seeds is perhaps a mustard family plant, but some visual confirmation would be handy prior to trying to sort through the dozens of possibilities.

The other plant is indeed a lily of the valley relative of some sort. I've never heard of any of these being problematic as weeds (though I'm open to being corrected).
