mystery shrub in Burnaby BC

    I've been seeing this small-leaved low growing shrub around Burnaby south slope where I walk the dog. It has small white flowers right now, though this maybe a repeat flowering from spring. The fall colour is pinkish orange.
    Anyone know what it is?
