I moved to a condominium 2 years ago. There is a large - approx 25 years old - Monkeypuzzle tree behind my unit and I noticed, at that time, that one or two of the low branches were brown. Now, the lower half of the tree branches are brown. An arborist reported, in late summer 2012, to the strata council that this was caused by too much water. High winds are common in Victoria and I am worried that, since the problem is said to be within the root system, this tree might be unstable. I would appreciate comments.
