Hi I wonder if you can help me. I have just bought a house with the most beautiful 30' Monkey Puzzle Tree in the garden. It has quite a few low branches that are touching the floor where my flower beds are. I was wondering if it is possible to trim the tree without causing it any damage?
Without causing any damage, no. Causing minimal damage, yes, prune branches off at the branch collar and do as little pruning as possible.
