    oh thanks can u give me any info about it? i like it sort of looks tropical,

    i just read some people treat it like a weed, hmm

    Do a Google search for more info.

    Equisetum is a fern ally genus in a group of non-flowering plants that once were giants long before the age of dinosaurs. They are living fossils.

    Yes many people would consider it a weed and a difficult one to deal with at that. There are several interesting posts about it on the forums, including control if you want to remove it. Try a search (on the green bar at the top of the page) for "Equisetum" for info as well.
