    1. Tolmachevia integrifolia, or whatever its current name is, e.g. Sedum roseum.
    2. Ranunculus eschscholtzii
    5. Potentilla nivea?
    8. Anemone sp., possibly A. narcissiflora.
    9. Lousewort, Pedicularis sp.

    #4 might be a Polemonium.
#6 has a mixture; there's a dwarf willow (Salix; blue-green leaves) in there, and some leaves and cluster of white flowerbuds that look very like Achillea millefolium (not sure if that particular species occurs in AK, it might be a close relative). Not sure what the 3 or 4 other species in the pic are.
#7, not sure what the intended plant (purple flowers) is, but you've got one of the dwarf birches (Betula nana, B. glandulosa, etc.) over to the top left.

#7 appears to be an Oxytropis or an Astragalus.

Just checked USDA, Achillea millefolium is native in AK, so #6 almost certainly is that.

The yarrow is the one with the white flat corymbs of flowers - not tubular.
The white tubular flowers are something else...hard to tell with this quality of photo. I can't make out the leaves very well, but possibly a penstemon or something else in the Scrophulariaceae.

#4 is definitely a polemonium. The leaves and blue flowers are characteristic.

I gave my Hulten flora of Alaska to someone who can actually use it, so can't go any further.
