Kauai Tree Names

Anyone know what these two tress are called?

 

First one is dead, and likely unidentifiable.

Second is one of the banyan figs (Ficus), appallingly badly hacked about (it would be quite wrong to say anything as intelligent as "pruned"!), but starting to grow new leaves. Exact identification as to which Ficus species will need a close-up of the leaves, and maybe also flowers / fruit if/when it ever recovers enough to produce any.

 

I posted previously that the one on the right was a banyan.
