Just appeared

    These two flowers just appeared in an area with Lilly of the Valley, in which they didn’t stand out. It was only when they flowered we realized they were different,
    They stand about 10 inches, including flower. The flower closes up when there is no sun, like crocus do. I thought they might even be related to a crocus, but the leaves are not right.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    The tulip Tulipa saxatilis or a close relative of it.
