Hello, help here would be greatly appreciated as I would very much like to identify this shrub. I’ve spent a fair amount of time online trying to identify it, finding similar examples but not quite right. This gold/yellow bush is currently flowering (March 24) with small white flowers. It has scale type leaves but mostly only on the ends of the branches, the majority of the plant is woody stems. It is at least twenty years old, 6 feet high and 10 feet across. Pollinators love the flowers. It is quite a stunning shrub and I would love to know what it is. Thank you!
Excellent thanks for the insight! I emailed the Hebe Society. They believe the shrub is a large Hebe Ochracea.
