Can anyone help me find a good website listing plants that grow in alpine regions of Japan? Photos would be great too. I've spent the past half hour trying to find what I'm looking for but not coming up with much. So many websites have no photos, no botanical names or are in Japanese or require a subscription.
I don't have exactly what you are looking for Margot but am sure you would get something out of this youtube video by the designer and head gardener of the Millenium Forest in Japan.
For the sites that are in Japanese, if you do a search in a way that brings up search results, I used to get an option for them to be translated when they're opened. Can you make that happen?
Thank you for the suggestions. I have discovered that it is difficult to find the kinds of lists I'm looking for about other alpine regions - not just in Japan.
