I live in San Diego county, 1 mi from the beach, and this vine is growing into my yard from my neighbor’s. It’s behind his shed in a shaded area of his yard not used, so it’s likely wild. The vine is not woody like poison ivy would be, but I’d rather be safe than sorry. I bought the house a couple of years ago, and I don’t remember it being there last year. I lived in the Appalachian mountains for a few years, and got to know what poison ivy looks like, but maybe it’s different on the West coast. Or maybe it's poison oak? There are no flowers or berries or thorns. Please help! If it's poisonous I need to have my husband get rid of it somehow since I'm due with our first baby in a couple of months. Thank you!

Cissus alata (syn. Cissus rhombifolia). As far as I know, it's not particularly dangerous, but the sap is mildly poisonous and might cause dermatitis in contact with the skin.
