Is this Rosa rugosa ?

    Unless you're looking to propagate a bunch, you could skip the wait with cuttings and dig out some of the runners now, for good sized rooted plants by spring.

    I dońt want to dig out anything (since these are not my plants) so can I take some real cuttings now by cutting the end of the stems ?
