Wildflowers: Is this Chamomile?

    First posted this last August with no reply. I am still unable to positively identify a plant that was growing on a dry Southern Oregon hillside in July. I think it might be Anthemus Cotula, but am not sure. Would anyone venture a guess based on the attached single photo?

    I originally thought it might be Matricaria but think the leaves of the plant I saw were much bushier (not very scientific). Look closely at the bottom of the plant in my photo and compare with photos of Matricaria. I just found a site with good photos of Anthemus Cotula (http://www.ppws.vt.edu/scott/weed_id/antco.htm). The leave shape and arrangement sure is similar. I guess my inability to actually smell the plant may prevent a positive ID until later this year.

    Anthemus Cotula does look like a better match.
