I come across this orange flowered plant in many places in Kent UK.
Often in shady and semi rocky forgotten places in gardens. Sometimes it travels and grows into the lawn. It is firmly rooted and has a very complex flower head and hairy leaves. At the moment (End of May) it is just coming into flower.
I have never known what it is?
    Any ID help appreciated!
