    Agree with Sorghum, probably from a packet of birdseed.

    A weed is a plant growing where you don't want it. If you like the thing, then it isn't a weed, if you don't, then it is.

    Personally, I'd keep it for birds to feed on. It is a tropical plant, so won't survive the winter in London.
