Indentify seeds

    Looked at the first one; don't know what it is.

    Sorry, I'm not going to look at any of the other links, because of the revolting popups that the imageshack site throws up. If you want people to look at the pictures, please use a site that does not use popups.

    Although those little coffee bean like seeds with horseshoe shaped mark are distinct, ID'ing plants from seeds is very difficult. Can you give us a description of the tree (size, leaf shape, colour, flowers? That would help a lot.

    The pods were brownish red and the leaves were very numberous on each stem. It also had a brown bark and not the green bark of a similar looking species.

    That was close but the seeds don't look quite like that. I might try germinating them over the winter and i'll post pics when they're a about a foot.
