Leaves and what looks like hawthorn berries or rose hips from a tree here on Bessels Green near Sevenoaks Kent, England UK. The leaves, however does not suit any of the above? Photo taken today. Any ID please!
They look like hawthorn leaves to me. I would not guess what species, but, for instance, here are leaves from Crataegus viridis 'Winter King' at UBC Botanical Garden, photo from two years ago.
Maybe "oops" on my comment above. I just came across a posting I did from UBCBG of Sorbus x hybrida 'Gibbsii' with leaves that look like yours. https://forums.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/threads/september-2018-sorbus.93951/#post-366179 It seems the name is now Hedlundia hybrida. So maybe a Sorbus.
Bumping this. It might look like it's been answered, with two replies showing, but my guesses are not reliable answers.
If this is in a park it might be a special tree. To help us futher may I suggest that you take new pics to show the underside of the leaves. I struggle with Crataegus and Sorbus. Below are my pics of Common Hawthorn..Crataegus monogyna...which has just one seed in each berry. It is normally thorny. The underside of the leaves are green.
