I found this plant on a town owned parcel that has a plethera of invasives. It has a square stem (maybe not obvious in the picture). Any ideas of what this plant is?

I read somewhere that plants in the mint family have square stems. Does anyone know if that is true? Marric

That's right. Most mints have square stems and opposite leaves.
