Hi, I need help identifying these two plants. The first picture is a unknown tree with downward facing flowers in the spring. It is then followed by four sides fruit/seed. The second and third picture are perennials with yellow flowers in late summer and spreads quickly.
Like Ariani said, the second one could easily be a Helianthus. Photos of the flowers would really help to identify them though.
