Identification of this plaint please

    Hello

    Can any one identify this plaint the mother was a lot bigger and had yellow flowers all round each stem of the top 2 ft it was given to me as well as these that i are more young seedlings unfortunately i do not have a picture of the mother plaint im in the southern west of england

    thank you i googled you answer and found a Euphorbia characias is what the mother plaint looked like
