Looks like Kalanchoe. If we crossed K. daigremontiana with K. gastonis-bonnieri you would get something like this. I know there is a cross of K. daigremontiana with K. delagoensis. Someone will know more. However my experience is that any of the Kalanchoes can look somewhat colorful if they are in direct sun, and don't get enough water. This one appears to have the 'perfect storm' of conditions.
