I know I’ve seen this plant around before but so far I have not been able to find it online. This one is currently blooming in my yard on the Sunshine Coast BC. Thanks in advance!
Red valerian (Centranthus ruber) has many wonderful attributes. See: Centranthus ruber (Red Valerian) for example. It does have a reputation for invasiveness though due to roots spreading in the soil so, unless you want it to spread, you'll want to keep an eye on it.
