I planted a ton of pumpkin seeds in my garden but now it's overrun with the attached. Can someone please help me identify them? I am also bummed about my pumpkin crop. Is it too late to rip this stuff out and plant more?

Impatiens sp. - either I. capensis or I. pallida.

Also has the common name of Jewelweed. It is an absolutely phenomenal poison ivy remedy. Just mash up the entire plant into a poultice and slather it on areas of your body that have touched poison ivy. I'll use it as a preventative on my legs if I know I will be traveling in poison ivy habitat and forgot to wear long pants.
