In The Garden: I am stuck!

    Sorry for the pic quality. Evening light was not very good.

    I saw this in a garden in Scotland UK. on 14th July 2015.

    The noticeable feature was the wiry dark stems and sprawling straggly habit. It was 60-70cm tall. I would describe it as a sub shrub.

    I had never seen one like it before so asked the name.

    Apparently it is Meconopsis villosa syn Cathartica villosa.from Sikkim, Bhutan and Nepal.
    However botanical drawings and herbarium specimens on www look nothing like this plant .

    The nearest I can get is Meconopsis chelidonifolia.

    Just had it confirmed by the garden that originally sold this plant in the first place, that it is Meconopsis chelidonifolia.
