Help with this plant please? No foliage, but very distinct.

Picked July 12th from a garden centre in Winnipeg Manitoba.

 

I believe it's Nemesia.

 

Probably the answer is a bit late, but just in case the topic starter (or anyone else) still wants to know what the plant is, (unless I'm very mistaken) it's an open throated cultivar of the common snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) - e.g. 'Trumpet Serenade' series.
