Help with Plant ID

Hi,
I inherited this plant that magically appeared and is just starting to flower. Can anyone ID it for me?

Do you have i shot of the rest of the plant?
somthing about it is making me think aloe but i cant be sure and I'm not sure which

 

Looks like Phaedranassa.

According to PBS Phaedranassa aren't frost hardy...and I don't see the leafy scape this plant has.
