Help Wanted with Identification

    I am fairly new to the Phoenix area and just recently purchased a house. My wife and I are trying to identify the cacti and plants in our yard and have come across one that we can't figure out. We believe it is fairly young and it is currently 1-2 feet tall.

    Looks like a Euphorbia of some sort. E. trilobatum, maybe?
