It turned yellow brown and it looks as if it got no more power.

I'm giving weekly water and it got also plenty of sun.

I'm working with an extremely slow dialup connection, so downloaded only about half of the first photo. Definitely a palm, and looks a bit like a mini date palm, Phoenix roebelinii that had been kept indoors or in shade. Phoenix palms are spiny. If not spiny, let us know!

    hi!

Yes spiny it is - and tall like 2meters - but it doesn't feel well here and don't know why! all turned yellow brown and the leafs are hanging down.
    so it's a phoenix?
the seller told me in spanish it's pretty old like 15 o 20 years.

    Phoenix???

It may perhaps be suffering from a change of location, from shady to sunny.

Phoenix roebellinii grows well in Florida and seldom has problems.
