help needed identifying the plants in this bed,THANK YOU!

    The council gardeners seem to have incorrectly labelled these plants, doh! any help would b great! cheers.

    3. One of the many Heuchera cultivars.
    4.5. Amaranthus.
    6. Chard 'Rainbow' or similar.
    7,8,9. Annual sunflower, Helianthus annuus.
    10, 11. Ricinis.
    12. It's hard to resolve the detail, but maybe Perilla frutescens?
    14. Cleome.
    17. Strawflower.

    I also see Plectranthus argentatus, Senecio cineraria, and Cuphea ignea.
