help me identify?

    I have this little tree about 4ft tall i have no idea what it is, it get white things on it. can anybody help me figure out what it is? thanks the last 2 pics are sideways they didnt turn for me??

  2. I'm not sure if this is correct, but it looks like it is in the dogwood family of trees.
    I rescued one from the compost site not long ago, looked it up on the net and found a variety that looks much like yours. They can come with a white tipped leaf and as a plain green. A lot of the dogwood tree will flower.
