Help IDing South Florida plants

    Hi! This is my first post and I'm not much of a botanist, so I need a bit of help. I recently visited a park in South Florida (Tree Tops Park: http://is.gd/B7of) and came across some plants that I'm hoping someone can identify.

    Images 2 & 3 are the same plant, I believe. So, that's two plants I'm uploading.
