I have an emergent/marginal plant growing in my pond. I think the first year we lived here it may have had tubular blue/purple flowers, but I didn't pay very close attention and it did not bloom last year due to stress. I have searched the internet repeatedly trying to identify it. It's vine-like, and grows vigorously. I think it prefers lots of sunlight--that was one thing that changed last year and may have contributed to it not blooming. My pond snails love it and lay eggs all over the stems. Any ideas? Kira
