In The Garden: Help identify these evergreen shrubs

    Please help identify these two shrubs. The first one looks a bit like a boxwood, but the leaves are pointy. It blooms in the Fall and is an evergreen.

    The second one seems to prefer shady/filtered light and the new leaves are white.

    Evergreen azalea.

    the first one does not look like an azalea..I don't know what it is but if it blooms in the fall it would not be azalea. right?

    Yes, it definitely blooms in the Fall, I can't remember the colour of the flowers though. Is there any other kind of picture I can take to help with identification?

    Here are the best pics I have of the plant in bloom, these were taken July 1st, so I was mistaken saying the plant blooms in fall ... it blooms late summer/early fall. The flowers are quite small and pink.
