Wildflowers: Hanging from an Oak tree

    Edenbridge, Kent England UK
    The plant in the photo was hanging down from an old Oak tree in Kent UK today.
    Around were Nettles, Ivy, and Ilex plus many Elderberries.
    It has unusual leaves and quite beautiful flowers.
    I would be grateful if it could be identified.
